傷,還是要跑
雖然跑完右小腿的肌肉還是痛,但還是要跑一下,刺激一下受傷的肌肉,讓他慢慢康復。這幾個星期,天氣都好得不得了。中午躺在陽光下曬一下,自然藥到病除。
