一字記之曰 - 揸
這個星期在重訓時是加了負荷,今天跑起來四頭肌跟hamstring都有點累。
加了負荷,手握力卻還沒有提高。有時候未能完成一組動作,而要放下啞鈴讓雙手休息。原來,握力不足,加重也沒有用。
