每星期一,都期待聽sportsoho的podcast。昨天聽了關於runner’s knee(中文名正式叫髕骨股骨疼痛症候群,英文叫Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome)的預防與治療。以前也不怎麼注重練習後的關節的保養跟恢復,現在認識了多一點點關於運動創傷後,也要勤力一點多拉筋跟按摩。
