沙巴神山攻頂

去年地震,一年一度的沙巴神山climbaton停辦了。

今年剩下攻頂的Summit Series,限定120人,還要qualification。路綫改爲原路上,原路下。

1) The invitation will be for runners that has participated and completed the summit race within the time in the Climbathon 2013 or 2014.

2) Or completed in any of a recognisable mountain or adventure race event that has a race route reaching up to or beyond 2000 meters (with proof of results).

3) Or recommended (in writing) by their country's national mountain race / athletic body or any other organisation that the Climbathon organiser will recognise.

沒想到隨便把去年跑合歡山的成績寄過去,還真讓我報名。但賽道還沒有完全修復過來,還是過幾年才玩吧。反正,山一直都在。

跑,游,跑 - Week 4

跑,游,跑到了第四週。之前完成了30 Days Pull Up Challenge後,背肌肌力有進步了。今天游自由式時,也不覺得非常累。


今天游完後取道往小西灣的柴灣道,繞個圈才跑回家。熙來攘往的柴灣到,巴士就在身邊擦身而過,聞著廢氣真難受。還是轉到海邊時,吹著海風要舒服多了。

當早起變成習慣,便會感受到早起的好處。就算調了六點的鬧鐘,還是會五點多就醒過來。跑步也好,游泳也好,打網球也好,運動完吃過早餐還是八點多。時間生活怎麽過,還是自己的選擇。

工作的事,想得太多也沒用。做好自己的本分就算了,反正身邊還有其他更重要的事情要管。
